Empower gym members to avail discount with coupon redemption

The coupon redemption feature empowers members to avail discount and offers flexibility to purchase on their own time and leisure. It enables the member to redeem the coupon code directly without any dependency on the gym staff. Similarly for the gyms, coupons are a great way to increase their member network and in turn their business.

Coupon code is a computer-generated code, consisting of letters. Members can enter the coupon into the code box to obtain a discount on the current purchase. From FitnessForce’s Gym Management software web application, client portal, purchase portal and mobile application the coupon redemption can be availed.

The discount of coupon code is applicable on the base amount, and VAT is applied on the discounted amount.

Amount based coupons:

For 2 or more product purchases, the coupon will be applicable on the highest base cost product. Discount that is remaining after the first purchase will be applied on second higher base cost product. And so on.

Percentage based coupons:

For 2 or more product purchases, the coupon will be applicable on all the eligible products. On redeeming higher product purchase on a product with lower value, the transaction will not be processed.
