BD Executive

Proactively generate leads through cold calling, Managing and delivering qualified leads through scheduled calls, appointments, and demos, Handling on-site client meetings, giving presentation to clients, Able to handle sales targets, calls & demo targets.
Requirements – Excellent organizational skills, Ability to perform individually and as part of a team environment, Ability to work under pressure. Minimum 1 – 2 years of exp.

Technical Support Executive

Managing a portfolio of accounts, Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, Deliver service and support to end-users, Conducting Product training’s with clients, Handling technical Issues via ticket system,Redirect problems to appropriate resource, Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary, Delivering presentations.

Requirements – Proper phone etiquette, Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment. Minimum 1 – 2 years of exp.

Technical Content Writer

Writes and posts content online, Contributes to/updates the company’s social sites like Facebook and Twitter & others, Helps develop & document procedures to manage Web content, Promotional & Marketing related content writing & Updates, Moderates / Update content of the company’s website as when required, Prepare & Documentation of internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports etc.

Requirements – Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, Experience in writing for the Web, Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing.
